Lead Developer Ruby on Rails

The Tech Team of PAIR Finance consists of Data Scientists, Ruby on Rails Developers, Behavioural Scientists/Psychologists and Product Managers who all work closely together to ensure the ongoing development and improvement of a completely new and innovative product:    

PAIR Finance’s main asset is a self-learning algorithm that considers a vast number of data points that are continuously analyzed before and during the interaction with the customers, who are in arrears with their payments. With the aid of the latest behavioral science and psychology, the customers are clustered, individually approached and offered totally personalized solutions. The aim is to sensitize the customers and to help them to pro-actively resolve the payment problem and settle the claim. Beside the content and the tonality of the approach, the optimal channel, time and frequency are determined by the system.

Our experienced and innovatively thinking colleagues working on this product joined PAIR Finance from all around the world.

Responsibilities:    

• You lead a squad of software developers, and you collaborate with the product team to fulfill requirements stated in the product roadmap
• You drive innovation from an IT-perspective and support further business development
• You design and challenge the software components architecture and take ownership to continuously improve it
• You build, develop and maintain core application and services
• You set up, maintain and improve deployment infrastructures, server environments and testing infrastructure
• You are dedicated and pay attention to the scalability, performance, availability and security of our systems
• You stay on top of current tech industry trends
