Your profile:
- You write software.
- Ruby + rails experience is required, you should have worked on some big projects.
- You care about security.
- Broad experience and exposure to many different languages and programming concepts is a big plus.
- Modest enough to listen to wild ideas
- Opinionated enough to push back against too wild ideas
- Proficient English is required. German is a bonus.
