Your Role and what we offer

We are looking for an enthusiastic technology visionary with strong expertise as Ruby on Rails developer and a leadership mindset

• As part of our agile development team you contribute to ensure the continuous improvement of our platform and architecture, create new features and services and work on the future of the company
• You will be the supervisor of our FE & BE developers
• You work in close collaboration with colleagues from all disciplines, hold ownership of code and architecture and have all creative freedom to bring in your own ideas
• By realizing the technical strategy you will do sample code review for the developers
• You are ensuring great user experience of our software and shaping the future with us

Our Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer (web and app), preferable in the field of community software
• Highly skilled in Ruby on Rails
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience in establishing and implementing technical strategies
• Experience in React is a plus
• Experience with cloud solutions like AWS, Kubernetes, Docker is a plus
